About

50 min class incorporating exercises using  Pilates equipment, small apparatus and mat exercises. This class will help to develop strength, flexibility, create  postural alignment, inner core strength, muscle balance and flatter abdominals.

**Must reserve class online

**Pilates experience is recommended

**Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided, during class

**Socks required for your safety and hygiene

**If you are unable to attend class, please cancel online (require 12 hour notice to not be charged for visit)
